FLINTLINE AC

DESCRIPTION: FLINTLINE AC is a phosphate bonded parting agent developed for the alloy industry. Flintline AC exhibits much better mechanical strengths compared to the standard Flintline. This product is normally employed in a ladle onto the working lining prior to use. Flintline is a release agent and is gunned on as a thin lining to prevent the scull (slag build up) from sticking to the ladle lining. With the application of this material result is easier breaking out of the scull and less mechanical damage of the refractory lining, longer refractory lives and more cost effective refractory.
