FLINTCAST 1800 SP

DESCRIPTION: FLINTCAST 1800 SP is a high alumina (mullite forming) high temperature Hydraulic Bonded Semi Plaster Castable Material. This material is designed for lining converter and induction furnace spouts. Flintcast 1800 SP can also be employed as a repair material for high temperature applications.

C.C.S. dried at 110°C 50 MPa

C.C.S fired at 1000°C 42 MPa

C.C.S fired at 1500°C 54 MPa
