DESCRIPTION: FLINTCAST CC is conventional, hydraulic chrome based castable. This product must be employed where bad slag conditions are encountered and this product is also employed with great success at the Power Stations.

Maximum Service Temperature 1350°C

Bulk Density dried at 110°C 2660 kg/m 3

C.C.S. dried at 110°C 52 MPa

C.C.S fired at 1000°C 47 MPa

C.C.S fired at 1300°C 85 MPa

Shelf Life (Keep Cool & Dry) 6 months

Thermal Conductivity @ 1000°C 3,20 W/mK

Water addition 10 – 12 %
