FLINTCAST 85K-SiC

DESCRIPTION: FLINTCAST 85K-SiC is a high cement, High Temperature Conventional Castable supplemented with Silicon Carbide. The Silicon Carbide improves the abrasion resistance, thermal shock resistance and will also make the product non-wetting, which create better slag resistance.

Maximum Service Temperature 1750°C

Bulk Density dried at 1100C 2830 kg/m 3

C.C.S. dried at 110°C 56 MPa

C.C.S fired at 1000°C 48 MPa

C.C.S fired at 1500°C 46 MPa
